Kristen M. Robillard, MD, FAAFP

Board Certified Family Practice

Kristen was born in Lackawanna, NY and attended Canisius College as a biochemistry student. She then continued her education at the University at Buffalo's medical school where she also completed her residency in their department of Family Medicine. 

Kristen has been in private practice since May of 1999 and became a managing partner of Lakeshore Primary Care Associates in 2002. Kristen was featured on the Top Doctors of 2024 List in Buffalo Spree Magazine. The nomination came from her peers for her excellence in the field of family medicine.

She currently resides in Orchard Park, NY where she enjoys puzzling with her daughters. When Kristen isn't working, she's spending time with her family, seeking adventure, and can be found skiing.

Alexandra D’Angelo, DO

Board Certified Family Practice

Dr. D’Angelo was born in Buffalo, NY. She graduated from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry in Syracuse, NY. From there, she went to medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. Finally, she found her way back to her roots and completed her residency at Sisters of Charity Hospital Buffalo, NY in Osteopathic Family Medicine.

Dr. D’Angelo joined the practice in 2016 after completing her residency. She enjoys dogs, camping, hiking, skiing, live music and the Buffalo Bills.

Kathleen Schiele RPA-C

Born in Buffalo, NY, Kathy attended Alderson Broaddus College West Virginia and completed her B.S. in the Physician Assistant program in 1983. She has been working in family as a PA for over 40 years.

Kathy Lives in East Concord, NY with her husband. She has three children and six grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, camping, boating and traveling.

Melissa Juliano, PA/C

Melissa attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and graduated with a B.A.in Biology. From there, she went to Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and completed her B.S. Physician Assistant studies.

Melissa lives in Hamburg, NY with her husband and two daughters. She spent 15 years practicing in rural Coudersport, PA in internal medicine and geriatrics before moving back to WNY. Her interests include spending time with her family, traveling, and anything to do with being on the water.

Kathryn Ryan, FNP

Board Certified

Kathryn is from Hamburg, NY. She graduated from D'Youville with a Master of Science in Nursing, earning the title Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been working as an NP at Lakeshore Primary Care Associates for around four years.

When Kathryn isn't at work, she loves spending time outdoors and walking her dogs.
