Registered Nurse (RN)
We are a busy family practice looking to fill full-time positions at our Hamburg office. We are looking for experienced staff members to assist our Doctors, PAs, and NPs to provide excellent patient care.
As a registered nurse your duties would include phone triaging, immunizations, interpreting, and relaying test results. The Medent system is utilized in our office to enter all patient history and information accurately; previous experience with Medent is preferred but not required. Excellent attendance, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for your daily routine at our office.
A current nursing license is required for all applicants applying for this position.
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday day shifts with a rotation of one Saturday (7am-1pm) and one evening shift (1pm-9pm) per week.
Our pay range is $66,00-$68,500 depending on experience and we offer full-time employees' insurance and other benefits.

As a Medical record specialist your duties would include prepping progress notes for providers, medical diagnosis coding, gap in care coordination, obtaining records and chart review. The Medent system is utilized in our office to enter all patient history and information accurately; Medent and medical coding experience is required. Excellent attendance, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for your daily routine at our office.
This position is an on-site position.
Our pay range is $17.00-18.00 depending on experience and we offer full-time employees' insurance and other benefits.

Medical Records Specialist - Apply
Medical Assistant
We are a busy family practice looking to fill full-time positions at our Hamburg office. We are looking for experienced staff members to assist our Doctors, PAs, and NPs to provide excellent patient care.
As a medical assistant your duties would include rooming patients, taking vital signs, point of care testing, prior authorizations, and performing in office tests such as EKGs and spirometry's. The Medent system is utilized in our office to enter all patient history and information accurately; previous experience with Medent is preferred but not required. Excellent attendance, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for your daily routine at our office.
Our hours of operation require a variety of shifts, including one evening and/or Saturday per week.
Our pay range is $32,000-$37,000 depending on experience and we offer full-time employees insurance and other benefits.
