	Kristen M. Robillard, MD

	Residency: University at Buffalo Dept of Family Medicine
	Medical School: University at Buffalo
	College: Canisius College (Biochemistry)
	Kristen has been in private practice since May of 1999. In 2002, Kristen become one of the managing partners of the practice. She currently lives in Orchard Park with her husband and three children. Her interests include her family, Sabres hockey and downhill skiing.

	Michael P. Kane, MD

	College: Canisius College (Biochemistry)
	Michael lives in Hamburg with his wife and three daughters. He has been in private practice since 2001. His interests include family, physical fitness, golf and marathon running.

	Maria Matala-Sullivan, DO

	Residency: St. Margaret's Hospital University at Pittsburgh Dept of Family Medicine
	Medical School: Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
	College: Canisius College B.A. Biology
	Maria enjoys traveling, sporting events, sking, and spending time with her family.

	Sherri-Lynn Tucker, M.D.
	Board Certified in Canada Board: Board Eligible
	Born: St. Johns, New Foundland, Canada
	Residency: Memorial University of New Foundland, Canada Medical School: Memorial University of New Foundland, Canada
	Doctor Tucker relocated to the area in 2006. She lives in Orchard Park with her husband and 3 young children.
	Interests include running, piano, flute, travel, and especially spending time with her family.

	Dr. Lisa Forehand, M.D.

	Born: Grand Forks, North Dakota
	Residency: Ohio State University Medical Center Columbus, Ohio
	Medical School: Ohio State University Medical Center Columbus, Ohio
	College: Case Western Reserve University Cleveland, Ohio
	Dr. Forehand moved to the Buffalo area in 2002. She lives in Hamburg with her husband and children. She joined L.S.P.C.A. in Feb. of 2008. She enjoys running, reading, playing piano.

	College: University of Georgia Athens, GA. - B.S. Biology
	Sarah lives in Hamburg with her husband and children. She's an avid swimmer. She was a qualifier for the 2000 Olympic Swim Team.

	Dennis M. McGoldrick, RPAC

	Dennis lives in the Hamburg area. He has worked with Dr. Plumb for over 16 years in both offices. His leisure activities include his daughter Meghan and playing hockey. He is a former English literature major and is an avid reader.

	Michelle Warner, RPAC

	Michelle lives in Lakeview with her husband and two children. She worked in Hawaii and at Mercy Hospital as a Nuclear Medicine technologist prior to returning to D'Youville for PA studies.

	Kelly lives in North Tonawanda with her husband. She came to LSPCA in 2004. She enjoys reading, traveling, and family time.

	Sara Burgio-Battleson, FNP-C

	Her Primary interests include preventative health and parenting education.
	Sara lives in the Southtowns with her husband and twin daughters.
